Ingredients:
4Potatoes cubed

1Tomato
3Green chilli
Urad dal
Mustard seeds
Ginger and garlic
Cashews few
Curry leaves few
Garam masala

Method:
Boil the cubed potatoes in water with a pinch of turmeric.
