I have already given some medicinal properties with lemon, here are some of the home made natural face care with lemon juice. Lemon acts as astringent and detoxifying cleanser and is therefore great for blemishes skin. It also has rejuvenating properties and also has the properties of brightening dull skin. Lime juice is an important natural aid for healthy and beautiful skin. It also acts as a natural bleach.

Natural face bleach:
Mix 1 full lemon juice with 1 spn of honey and apply it on face and neck. Leave on for 30 minutes and rinse off with water. It acts as a natural bleach.

Lime Juice for face, hand and feet:
Squeeze 1 full lemon into a small bowl with a cup of whole milk and a tspn of glycerin to it. Mix well and let it stay for half an hour with lid closed. Apply this mixture on the face, hands and feet before going to bed at night. Repeat this every night. This also helps in curing pimples and for scars too.

Lemon for dark elbows:
Rub the half lemon to the dark area of the elbow and allow it to dry. Then once it drys rinse with water. Repeat it once in a week which will reduce your elbow darkness.

For face freshness:
Squeeze lemon juice in a small bowl and mix with cold water. Splash this over the face, massage for few minutes and then rinse off with water.

Honey with orange juice:
Mix a tablespoon of honey and fuller’s earth with a few drops of orange juice and apply it liberally over your face. Rinse it off after 10 minute for an instant glow from the orange juice.

For dull and greasy complexion:
Mix half teaspoon of lime juice with one teaspoon of cucumber juice and a few drops of rose water. Apply on the face and neck and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

Face scrub:
Blend 1/2 tsp. of chickpea powder with a pinch of turmeric and honey. Mix with 1 tsp of milk or yogurt and apply on your face. Let it stay for 5 minutes and then massage in circular motion and wash away. The chickpea powder exfoliates your skin and honey moisturizes.

For dry skin:
Take an egg yolk and mix in a few drops of lime and olive oil. Apply it on the face and leave and rinse it after it gets dried.

For beautiful hands:
Mix lemon juice with almond oil and massage it on hand. Leave on for half an hour and then rinse off with water.

Healthy, neat and clean finger nails show that a person takes pride in their physical appearance, so extra care should be given to maintain them. Brittle nails are very common problem for many of them. Some would like to have short nails and some would like to have long nails. Whatever it may be, healthy nails are the best sign for beautiful and strong nails.

Regularly massage your fingertips to improve blood circulation around your nails.

While using moisturizer for your hands apply a small amount of it to your nails too with a gentle massage.

Use gloves while washing dishes because when your nails is exposed to water the more they become brittle and weak causing in chipping of nails.

Clean your toe nails and hand nails regularly.

Remedy for strong nail:

Grind 2 or 3 garlic cloves to a thick paste and apply it to the nails. And leave on for 10 minutes until it gets dried. Do this twice a week. This makes your nails strong and also helps in growing.

Apply almond oil and massage gently.
