<p><strong>Home remedy and Food intake:</strong></p>
<p>Take fresh fruits regularly, green vegetables, fish and lamb.</p>
<p>Headache may be relieved by resting with your eyes closed and head supported. And also while taking a nap for few minutes you may also use eye pad or eye pillow.</p>

<p>Massage therapy can be followed with both hands on the forehead. Massage gently for few minutes.</p>
<p>Keep a hot water bag to the back of the upper neck which can be effective in relieving tension headaches.</p>
<p><strong>Severe headache:</strong></p>
<p><strong>You need:</strong></p>
<p>1 cup of water, coffee powder.</p>
<p><strong>Method :</strong> Boil water in a vessel. Remove it from flame and add 2 spoons of coffee powder mix well and inhale the steam. This will get you relief from headache.</p>
<p><strong>You need:</strong></p>
<p>a cup of coffee, lemon juice</p>
<p><strong>Method : </strong>Prepare coffee with small amount of milk.Then, to a cup of coffee squeeze the lemon juice and take it at night time. This will also get relief from headache.</p>
<p>Drink warm water which may reduce  your headache.</p>
<p><strong>For pain only in one &lt;side&gt;part of headache:</strong></p>
<p><strong>You need:</strong></p>
<p>Ginger juice, refined oil.</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong> To ginger juice add equal amount of refined oil. Heat  the mixture and bring it to boil. let it cool and apply it as hair oil and wash it after few hours.</p>
<p>Sitting in front of a computer or typing for a long time may also lead to stress and headache which can be relieved by stretching your neck and upper body.</p>
<p>Good habits like meditation, yoga and exercise will reduce your stress and tension.</p>
<p>Acupressure massage therapy can be very helpful but you need a trained acupressure therapist for correct procedures to do at home. Its a good healing process.</p>

<ul> <strong>1. To get rid off Body pain, tiredness:</strong></ul>
<p><strong> You need:</strong><br />
Tulsi leaf, ginger and honey.<br />

Take the juice of tulsi leaf and ginger. Mix it with honey in equal proportion. Have it after your lunch    and you will be relieved of body pain and feel rejuvenated.<br />
<strong>2. Vomit, indigestion:</strong><br />
<strong>You need:</strong><br />
Ginger, Mint leaves, Coriander leaves (Cilantro) and tamarind.<br />
<strong>Method:</strong><br />
Take all of the ingredients in equal proportion and grind them to a paste. Take it along with your meals.<br />
<strong>3. Dizziness, faint:</strong><br />
<strong>You need:</strong><br />
Ginger and honey.<br />
<strong>Method:</strong><br />
Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces.<br />
Heat a pan, and put the ginger pieces into it. For few minutes just stir until ginger shrinks. When ginger shrinks add some honey and stir it for few minutes. When its done strain the water. Take this twice a day.<br />
<strong>4. To live longer and healthier:</strong><br />
<strong>You need:</strong><br />
Ginger.<br />
<strong>Method:</strong><br />
Peel the ginger and chop them into small pieces. Store those chopped ginger in a bottle.<br />
Daily eat 1 piece chopped ginger twice a day in the morning and evening.<br />
<strong>5. Gas  trouble:</strong><br />
<strong>You need:</strong><br />
Beetroot juice 50 ml, ginger, white Garlic.<br />
Crush ginger and garlic to a coarse paste.Mix ginger garlic paste to beetroot juice. Strain the juice and drink it. Follow the above procedure and drink this juice 2 times a day for 4 days.<br />
<strong>6. For cold with headache:</strong><br />
<strong>You need:</strong><br />
Ginger.<br />
<strong>Method:</strong><br />
Grind the ginger to a fine paste. Then apply the paste in the forehead. When its dried you can remove it. This is also a good cure for Cold.</p>
