<p>1. Split ends are mainly seen in dry hair.</p>
<p>2. To avoid split ends don’t comb your hair when its wet. Combing hair in wet may damage your hair and cause split ends.</p>
<p>3. Its better to trim your hair regularly to avoid split ends.</p>
<p>4. Drink lots of water as water is a good therapy for many problems.</p>
<p>5. Apply almond oil once in a week.</p>
<p>6. Before using any kind of heating products use heat resistant spray which protects your hair from damaging.</p>
<p>7. Take medium sized papaya and mash it well to a thick paste after taking all the seeds. Mix the paste with 1 cup of curd and then apply to the hair strands and hair ends. Leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water.</p>
<p>8. Dry the fenugreek seeds and grind it to fine powder. Mix with curd and little water then apply to the hair. Wash it after 1 hour. This can be done once in a month.</p>
<p>9. Wash hair with cold water and rub scalp with fingers gently.</p>
<p>10. One of the best remedy for split ends is coconut milk. Take coconut milk and apply all over the scalp, hair ends and give a gentle massage to the roots. Leave it for half an hour and then wash with water.</p>
<p>11. Take 1 whole banana, mash it well and then apply it on head. Wash it after 45 minutes. Repeat it once every month.</p>
<p>12. Avoid tying your hair tightly with a plain rubber band, use covered rubber band to prevent damage to your hair.</p>

The neem tree is well known for shade and also for its ayurvedic medicinal properties. They are used in hair treatments. Neem leaf extract stimulates circulation to the scalp, promotes hair growth and thereby reducing the irritation of scalp. Rinsing with neem water treats drandruff and hair loss.</p>
<ul>
<li>Add neem leaves to boiling water. When it gets warmed rinse with this warm water after shampoo. Rinsing your head with this water for several times will get rid of from dandruff.</li>
<li>Apply neem oil and massage your scalp leave on for 45 minutes and then wash off. This will get rid of dandruff and lice problem. It also reduces the scalp itchness.</li>
<li>Apply warm olive oil with a gentle massage and leave on for 45 minutes . Then wash off and rinse with warm neem water.</li>
<li>Soak fenugreek seeds in the water overnight, make a paste of it in the morning and apply it on hair with curd. Leave this mixture on head for at least half an hour. Wash off then rinse with warm neem water.</li>
<li>Rinse hair thoroughly with mixture of vinegar and water so that there is no shampoo residue left in the scalp. As the shampoo residue will lead to itchness in scalp.</li>

<li>Mix 3 tbsp of henna powder, one egg, 1 tbsp spoon of curd/yogurt and the juice from one fresh lemon into a paste. Apply the paste to your scalp and massage gently. Leave it on for at least 15 minutes and wash your hair. This procedure can be repeated once  in a month.</li>

<li>To prevent spreading of dandruff first clean your comb and/or hair brush with soap. Then soak the comb and/or hair brush in a mixture of lemon juice and warm water mixed in equal proportion for 1 hour.</li>

<li>Beat egg white well and mix 2 tbsp of lemon juice in it. Let it rest for half an hour, then apply it on to your scalp and let it soak for about an hour before shampooing your hair.</li>

<li>Mix lemon juice with equal amount of vinegar and apply it on to your scalp, leave it for 15 minutes and wash your hair.</li>

<li>Warm the coconut oil. Massage gently all over the scalp. Wrap a hot steamed towel over the head so that the oil gets absorbed . Leave it on for 1 hour. Then apply lemon juice on your scalp. Shampoo after 15 minutes.<strong> Note:</strong> The warm oil softens the dandruff while lemon juice cleanses your scalp. Repeat it every 2weeks until dandruff is completely gone.</li>

<p><strong> Hot oil massage:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Warm coconut oil and olive oil in equal proportion. Apply the oil with the help of cotton and massage on to your scalp in circular motion for at least 20 to 25 minutes. Then cover or wrap your head with a hot, moist towel. Repeat this for 3 or 4 times. At last, wash with mild shampoo after an hour. [or]</li>
<li>Warm almond oil and coconut oil in equal proportion. Apply it and massage on to your scalp for 20 minutes. Follow the above procedure. [or]</li>
<li>Mix castor oil, coconut oil and olive in equal proportion and warm it. Apply it and massage on to your scalp and wash it after an hour. Follow it once in a week. [or]</li>
<li>Make a paste of soaked fenugreek seeds, shikakai powder, amla powder, dried lime peels and two eggs. Massage this paste on to your scalp and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash with mild shampoo. [or]</li>
<li>Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or aloe vera gel. Leave it for half an hour, and then rinse with warm water.Repeat it once in a week. [or]</li>
<li>Boil 1cup mustard oil with 4 tbs henna [mehandi] leaves. Filter and store it in a container. Use it regularly.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Hair conditioner:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix henna with 1 egg, tea decoction,  2 tbsp of curd, 1tbsp of olive oil. Add little water and make a thick paste. Apply it to your hair and leave it for 45 minutes. Before using this paste let it soak for overnight or at least 3 to 4 hour. [or]</li>
<li>Mix henna with 2 tbsp of curd and a pinch of sugar to the paste. Add little water if it is too thick. Apply and leave it for 45 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and wash it. [or]</li>
<li>Soak poppy seeds in coconut milk and grind it to a thick paste. Apply it on your hair and leave for half an hour. Repeat this once in a month. [or]</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Hair pack:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix amla powder with 1egg. Apply this pack on your hair and leave it for half an hour. Rinse and wash it. [or]</li>
<li>Take 1 egg beat it well and apply it on to your scalp. Leave it for an hour. Rinse well and wash it. Repeat this once in a week. [or]</li>
<li>Mash the avacado with 1 egg. Make a thick paste and apply it on to your hair and leave it for 15 minutes. [or]</li>
<li>Mix 2tbsp yogurt and almond powder, 1tsp fenugreek powder. Apply this to an oiled hair and leave it for an hour. [or]</li>
<li>Mix grounded almond paste with fenugreek powder and 1 egg. Apply this to oiled hair and leave it for 30 minutes.</li>

Add this small balls to the coconut oil so that it gets soaked well in the oil and use it as it is.  No need to strain the oil. Then add half cup of sesame oil to it. This oil can also be used as regular oil. Neem leaves gets rid  from lice. Hibiscus and poppy seeds makes your hair healthier, softer and shinier.</p>
